Responsibilities:
Leadership & Staff Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the fitness team. Ensure all team members are motivated, productive, and growing in their roles. Your leadership will be key to creating an environment where employees thrive, learn, and achieve their career goals.
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining high standards in all aspects of the club. This includes ensuring staff adherence to standard operating procedures, fostering a productive and collaborative team atmosphere, and resolving any operational issues swiftly.
Recruitment & Talent Development: Play a major role in hiring top-tier talent and creating personalized training programs to help new hires succeed. Focus on continuous development to turn team members into future leaders within the company.
Sales Leadership: Achieve sales goals through the effective management and motivation of staff. Inspire and guide the team in generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
Member Experience: Ensure an outstanding experience for our members. Oversee member interactions, resolve customer service issues, and promote Crunch's culture of inclusivity and fun.
Revenue & Membership Growth: Implement programs, promotions, and incentives that generate leads, improve membership growth, and support overall club revenue goals. Foster a results-oriented environment where every team member is invested in driving business success.
Club Operations & Reporting: Support the General Manager with administrative duties and track club performance through KPIs. Provide regular feedback and insight to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Leadership Experience: 3 years in a leadership or management role (preferably in the fitness industry).
Staff Development: Passion for training and developing talent, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate with both staff and members to ensure a positive, efficient environment.
Passion for Fitness: A genuine love for fitness and helping others reach their goals.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, resolve issues, and stay on top of operations with minimal supervision.
