Crunch Fitness is currently seeking to build our Group Fitness team with Energetic, Upbeat, and Fiercely Fun yet Challenging Group Fitness Instructors! If this describes you, we're ready for you to be part of the team!

Certification Requirements:
- Maintain valid CPR Certification
- Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (ACE, AFAA, or NASM preferred)
- Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable
Special Skills:
- Energetic personality
- Passion to help other people achieve and maintain health & fitness goals
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
- Strong verbal communication & customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador representing the Crunch Franchise to members, clients and potential members
- Lead and deliver a positive fitness experience through fun, safe and effective group training sessions using the Crunch proprietary formats
- Collect session participation data by member and guests for reporting
- Drive member engagement and retention strategies through focused promotions
- Maintain and uphold company policies, procedures, and class formats
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
- Maintain certification and/or educational requirements
- Maintain professional disposition at all times
