The NCO Member Services Representative plays a pivotal role in crafting an electrifying fitness environment for team members while providing exceptional customer service to the member base.
They are passionate about fitness and dedicated to delivering an outstanding member experience at gym level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all members & guests with a focus on member engagement and retention.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and membership sales by promoting retail, personal training, and tanning products.
- Promote membership privileges, including tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare, through various channels.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and sales performance KPIs as an individual and team member.
- Check in members and guests according to company procedures, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound calls in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
- Maintain a professional disposition while promoting the Crunch brand to local businesses and the community.
- Demonstrate expertise in all club facilities, services, programs, and schedules/hours of operation.
- Create community excitement around fitness and well-being.
- Perform opening and closing checklists and shift duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
- Effective communication and proficiency in reading and writing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Reliable transportation.
Physical Demands:
- Lift or move up to 50lbs.
- Prolonged standing and walking required for daily duties.
Compensation: $12.00 per hour.
