Job Description
- Overview: We're seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Membership Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for attracting new members and driving sales growth through referrals, cold calls, corporate lead generation, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, and sales follow-up.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive compensation package including hourly pay and a bi-weekly commission plan with a bonus structure
- Monthly commissions averaging $3k-$5k per month, resulting in an annual salary of over $75k

Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass all personal sales goals by developing meaningful relationships with clients and communicating persuasively
- Work closely with team members to drive new member personal training sales and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that makes all co-workers, members, and guests feel valued
- Perform all functions with the highest levels of integrity and adhere to company core values at all times
Qualifications
- 1 years sales experience preferred
- Strong rapport-building skills and excellent verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, friendly, passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
