Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader with leadership and mid-level management experience as our next Member Services Manager . The Crunch Member Services Manager will assist with the delivery of an amazing Crunch Member Experience, through the successful operation of the front desk and related departments. He / She is responsible for hiring, training, and managing the front desk team and operations to ensure that all members receive the highest level of customer service possible. He / She will demonstrate an aptitude for all company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Crunch Brand.
Requirements :
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of entry or mid-level management experience required; fitness management experience preferred
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required
- Meet and maintain ongoing Corporate-initiated training curriculum requirements.

Compensation : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
