Sales Manager - Crunch Fitness

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while fostering a positive team environment. This is a position in Big Box Gym. Prior fitness sales / personal training sales and building teams of personal trainers to grow personal training revenues is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and meet targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales goals.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales management role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
