Description
The Tanning Representative is the club level specialist of our Relax and Recover department. Maintaining a full knowledge of our tanning beds, hydro massage and spray tan units, the Tanning Rep. is the spear head for our service and product sales.

Position Responsibilities
- Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner : able to knowledgeably suggest safe tanning times and different UV tanning beds and spray tan options
- Comfortable working in high paced environments
- Social media and community outreach
- Reaching and exceeding sales goals weekly and monthly
- Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
- Continually use suggestive selling techniques to increase tanning product sales
- Maintaining a clean and organized tanning facility, ensuring not only visible cleanliness but constant proper sanitation
- Ability to thoroughly and competently explain the difference in tanning equipment, UV light types, and different tanning lotions
- Balancing all needs of the tanning desk during extremely high traffic periods of the day
