Duties: - Engage with members to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. - Utilize financial software to access member accounts and perform necessary transactions. - Assist in loan origination procedures and guide members through the application process. - Implement fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard member accounts. - Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling cash and balancing transactions. - Address member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Requirements: - Previous experience in cash handling or financial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. - Proficiency in using financial software for account management and transactions. - Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively. - Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and calculations. - Knowledge of loan processing procedures is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
