This person will be a critical part of our team, helping to structure daily workflows, manage diverse projects, and set up processes for long-term scalability and success. The role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks each day.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with founders to plan, prioritize, and execute daily tasks and strategic projects.
- Adapt to a variety of roles each day, managing tasks that may range from operations and logistics to marketing and team organization.
- Assist in creating and implementing structures and workflows that support long-term growth and scalability.
- Help build and coordinate a growing team, providing support in recruitment, onboarding, and daily management.
