In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our brand's online presence across various social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging content, interacting with our audience, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Accounts: Oversee and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Content Creation: Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos that reflect our brand’s identity and engage our audience.
- Content Posting: Develop and implement a content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Online Presence Management: Monitor and analyze our online presence, making recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, fostering a positive brand image.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall branding and marketing goals.
### Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
