About the role
The Center for Data Insights is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This Senior Data Analyst, will be the primary partner for the Service Monetization team, supporting a range of activities from stakeholder management, core reporting, and metric building to experimentation and more. We are looking for leader within the team, developing operational dashboards, extracting insights from datasets, identifying trends, and providing applicable recommendations to enhance the customer experience, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics.
We are considering applicants for our San Francisco and Culver City offices.
About You
- You have 5 years of experience guiding growth through reasoning and analysis with at least one year experience in Service Monetization.
- You have experience working cross functionally supporting service monetization teams and a understanding of metrics, funnel analysis, conversion rates, and customer segmentation.
- You can translate data insights into relevant recommendations for partners.
- You are proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Apache Superset, or similar.
- You have experience with compute and orchestration tools like Databricks and Airflow.
- You have scripting and programming skills, along with SQL expertise.
- You have experience with AWS services such as Redshift, Glue, and Athena.
- You are comfortable working with large datasets, managing billions of records.
- You excel in collaborative environments and work positively with others.
- You can navigate a matrixed organization, collaborating across different teams and departments.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
