Summary
As the General Manager at Crush Yard, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience for our guests. Your leadership will be crucial in managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining our reputation as a premier dining and entertainment destination.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the restaurant and bar to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise staff performance, providing training and support to enhance service quality.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the venue.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain menu quality and innovation.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to achieve profitability goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Experience with kitchen management and bar operations is essential.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
