Summary
As the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Crush Yard, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and enhancing our visibility in the competitive eatertainment industry. This position is integral to promoting our unique offerings and engaging with our community.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute a customer-led marketing strategy with clear KPIs to drive acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Position Crush Yard as a leader in the eatertainment industry through strategic messaging, media engagement, and storytelling.
- Provide executive-level counsel on brand positioning, crisis communications, and public relations.
Marketing & Communications Strategy
- Oversee all marketing efforts, including public relations, social media, digital marketing, content creation, and crisis management.
- Drive demand generation through strategic planning, budget allocation, and resource management.
- Expand Crush Yard’s presence in through partnerships and campaigns that enhance brand association and loyalty.
- Leverage AI and digital trends to improve marketing efficiency and audience engagement.
- Develop innovative retail, social, and digital storytelling strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels to align with Crush Yard’s values and priorities.
Public Relations & Crisis Management
- Develop a proactive media relations strategy to secure high-profile coverage and industry recognition.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and journalists.
- Lead crisis communication efforts to protect and enhance Crush Yard’s reputation.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive brand-aligned initiatives.
- Cultivate partnerships with corporate entities and industry leaders.
- Drive local and national community engagement efforts with measurable impact.
Team Leadership & Internal Communications
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering growth and innovation.
- Oversee vendor and consultant management to ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Develop internal communication strategies to enhance alignment and transparency across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 8 years of leadership experience in marketing, communications, and brand management.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Expertise in public relations, media strategy, and crisis communications.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and digital platforms.
