About the Role :
The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and support of Crusoe's core business systems, with an emphasis on Procure-to-Pay business systems and processes, including Coupa. The Business Systems Administrator will work with internal stakeholders and vendors to maintain an excellent end-user experience and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Crusoe's business.
A Day In The Life :
- Maintain overall stability and data integrity of the Coupa platform
- Identify and resolve system Issues / Bugs, User Access Requests, and System Change Requests
- Manage Coupa ticket queues in Jira, ensuring all tickets are properly tracked from creation to resolution in accordance with the Business System team's SLA's and internal procedures
- Engage and communicate with Coupa stakeholders to continually understand business requirements and proactively identify opportunities for process and configuration improvements
- Create, manage, and maintain internal documentation for Coupa, document existing processes and customizations, and provide training materials to new and existing users.
- Deliver training sessions and content to both new and existing Coupa users
- Manage Coupa system release upgrades by understanding and prioritizing new release features, facilitating process discussion around new features, supporting regression testing, and deploying the releases in the production instance.
- Develop, track, and report on annual Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as instructed by Business Systems team leadership.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support integrations between Coupa and other key business systems
- Perform and acquire all relevant Coupa certifications and trainings by attending in-person or online certification classes, training, and learning courses.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of $115,000 - $125,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
