About This Role :
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Project Manager to lead the electrical scope of projects for our innovative Digital Flare Mitigation systems. This critical role will drive project execution, ensuring all electrical systems meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and contribute to the successful deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions.
What You’ll Be Working On :
Project Planning & Execution : Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
Project Team Leadership : Assign responsibilities and track progress of project team members.
Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Electrical System Design & Engineering : Lead the design and specification of electrical systems for Digital Flare Mitigation projects, including transformers, high voltage wiring, and computing equipment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.
Develop and review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Procurement & Installation Oversight : Manage the procurement of electrical equipment from vendors.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems at field locations, both domestically and internationally.
Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers regarding project-related matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring to the Team :
Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Project Management Experience : 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on electrical engineering projects.
Industry Experience : Proven experience in industrial environments, with a preference for experience in power generation and distribution.
Oil & Gas Experience : Experience in the oil and gas sector is highly advantageous.
Technical Expertise : Electrical Engineering Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power systems, control systems, and electrical safety standards.
Equipment Expertise : Experience with electrical equipment design, procurement, and installation.
Industry Standards : Familiarity with relevant industry codes and regulations (e.g., NEC).
Project Management Skills :
Planning & Execution : Exceptional project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication.
Team Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
Analytical & Organizational Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Teamwork & Independence : Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Travel Flexibility : Flexibility to travel to field locations up to 25%, or as required.
Safety-Sensitive Position : This position is designated a safety-sensitive position and / or is located in a safety-sensitive facility. Drug and alcohol program participation is required.
Background Check : Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation :
Salary will be paid in the range of $160,000 - $200,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
