About This Role :
Crusoe AI is hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to play a critical role in safeguarding our AI / ML focused cloud products and applications throughout their lifecycle.
You will lead the development and enforcement of security best practices throughout the development lifecycle, perform in-depth threat modeling, conduct security assessments, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to enhance our security posture, ensuring the integrity of our cutting-edge solutions and the safety of customer data.
A Day In The Life :
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct threat modeling, security architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews for new product development. Perform penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, and security assessments of product features and systems.
- Develop and implement security automation tools to test and monitor code and software for vulnerabilities.
- Define and maintain secure coding standards and procedures for cloud and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks in user-facing flows and critical infrastructure.
- Drive security education, training, and mentorship to foster a culture of security awareness across teams.
- Identify and manage security vulnerabilities, ensuring they are documented, prioritized, and addressed efficiently.

Compensation Range :
Compensation will be paid in the range of $180k - $230k per year. Restricted Stock Units are also included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
