*We are currently looking to fill a full-time position. Flexible availability is required - 6AM-2PM or 7AM-3PM.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize automatic dish washing machines (load, run through and unload) for tableware, utensils, kitchen and bakery equipment
- Utilize three tub sinks to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes that are not ran through the machine (sheet trays)
- Work in a clean and organized fashion with a sense of urgency
- Take direction from multiple leaders
- Organize unwashed dishes and prioritize the flow of the dish room as needed
- Puts away clean, dry dishes in the appropriate locations
Success in this position is generally exhibited by those who:
- Have previous dish washing experience (not required)
- Have scheduling flexibility and holiday availability
- Are able to stand for extended periods of time
- Are autonomous at work and are self-motivated
- Enjoy working in a busy environment where there is always work to be done
