The Food Prep position requires a minimum age of 18 years old to be able to use heavy equipment
Our Food Prep will be divided into 2 teams, Prep and Assembly. Prep team will begin at 6 am each day. Assembly team will begin between 7-8 am each day.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and presentation for all meals and functions
- Prepare ingredients for meals
- Follow recipes and menu plans to ensure high-quality dishes are served
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure efficient service
- Perform other tasks as required by management
Experience:
- Prior experience in food preparation, food service, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in a restaurant, catering, or similar environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
Skills:
- Experience with meal preparation and food handling
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques
