Position : Estimator

Primary responsibilities may include the following :
- Project Evaluation : Review project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements
- Cost Estimation : Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, and overhead expenses
- Value Engineering : Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering alternatives without compromising quality
- Risk Assessment : Evaluate project risks and uncertainties and incorporate appropriate contingencies into cost estimates
- Cost Analysis : Analyze historical data, industry trends, and market conditions to enhance the accuracy of cost estimates
- Collaboration : Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to project estimating
- Quality Assurance : Ensure that cost estimates are in line with the company's quality standards and industry best practices
