About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Engineer / Technical Account Manager to join our team in the Greater Milwaukee Area . This is a hybrid role that requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive business growth.
As part of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day sales, marketing, and relationship management activities required to grow sales within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to develop new business opportunities for our world-class manufacturing partners both domestically and internationally.
This role requires a value-based, consultative, and problem-solving sales approach to build strong, long-term relationships with OEM customers and distribution partners. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for technology, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and distribution partners .
Identify new business opportunities and close significant deals through consultative selling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
Minimum Qualifications
3 - 5 years of sales experience in a technical or similar industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service abilities.
Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in electronics distribution, engineering, or technical sales is a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, Social Media, or a related field .
Technical support and troubleshooting skills are a strong advantage.
