We are looking for a fulltime Medical Malpractice Paralegal for its Boston Massachusetts office in the following practice areas :

  • Hospital and Medical Malpractice
  • Nursing Home / LongTerm Care Facilities

Responsibilities :

  • Organizing case documents and files.
  • Preparing pleadings and forms.
  • Managing discovery including subpoenas and authorizations to obtain records.
  • Completing deposition summaries.
  • Reviewing medical and employment records.

    • Qualifications :

  • At least 2 4 years of prior Medical Malpractice litigation experience.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office especially Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in PDF software particularly Nuance Power PDF.
  • Ability to add Batesstamping combine files separate files and edit PDFs.
