The Area Manager at Cruz Framing will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our construction operations across various projects and locations. You will oversee multiple project sites, ensure all are performing to our company's high standards, maintain schedules and budgets, and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational performance of multiple construction sites within a specified geographic area.
- Implement corporate policies and procedures to maintain consistency and excellence across all projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other construction staff to ensure project progression follows planned timelines and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, adherence to safety protocols, and overall site management.
- Lead and mentor project management teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, forecast needs, and implement strategic planning.
- Resolve issues that may arise in day-to-day operations and act as the escalation point for critical concerns.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

- A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field; or equivalent experience in a similar role.
