We’re Hiring! Office Assistant for Dumpster Rental Business.
We are a small, family-owned dumpster rental business looking for a full-time Office Assistant to join our team!
Our hours of operations are from 8AM-5PM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and taking orders
- Scheduling orders and managing daily logistics
- Communicating with drivers and relaying important messages
- Filing paperwork and maintaining organization
- Collecting payments and processing transactions
- Responding to client emails
- General office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, invoicing etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be 18 years or older
- Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic
