An Accounting Clerk position is available with Crye-Leike® Property Management in the Brentwood, TN offices. Responsible for auditing, reconciling and posting to general ledger, and other accounting duties as assigned for HOAs and Residential Property Management.
Job Description
- Auditing of customer accounts
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Month-end close
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts receivable
- 1099s
- Posting journal entries to general ledger
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Qualifications
- Full charge bookkeeping experience required
- Experience in online banking
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
- Detail oriented, team player, organized and capability to learn new material quickly
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs ( Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Strong work ethics and initiative
- Real Estate office experience a plus
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
- Accounting Degree a plus
- Property Management software experience a plus ( ex: Appfolio, Yardi, Buildium)
