- Microsoft proficient: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Respond to clients in a timely manner
- Assist Property Manager with daily duties
- Communicate with maintenance vendors
- Filing
- Scanning
- Working with Google Spreadsheet and calendar
- Working with AppFolio (Property Management Software)
- Scheduling Quality Control inspections
- Inspection correspondence
- Occasionally attending court hearings
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
