The Opportunity

CryoFit Recovery & Wellness has been taking care of Milwaukee's recovery needs with Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, Compression Boots & Garments, Vitamin IV Drips and Intramuscular injections. We have full-time or part-time position for an RN to work in our locations.

Who do we work with?

Our health professionals have the opportunity to work with some amazing clients from the Wisconsin and surrounding areas. They range in all ages but typically all have their health and wellness as a priority in life. We also get the opportunity to work with pain management clients and design Plans of Care for their Health Management Goals.

Company Background and Philosophy

CryoFit Recovery & Wellness has 8 locations around the country and have pioneered the performance and prevention arena. The owners have worked diligently on designing protocols and strategies for our clients. You will work closely with clients, administering their services, answering questions and guiding them through a program of services to get them results while keeping safety the highest priority.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality and enjoy working with people. Someone with high moral ethics and integrity. Someone who will take initiative and is able to work independently as well as a team. The ability to communicate effectively with clients. Have current a current license in the state of Wisconsin and it being in good standing. Someone who is very comfortable starting and administering IV Drips.

Where?

This position will be at our New Berlin and Delafield locations. Shift hours will. Hours of operation are 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays. (subject to change during summer hours).

Position Purpose

To administer whole body cryotherapy sessions, infrared sauna sessions, compression garment sessions, intramuscular injections, IV Drip therapy

Positions Functions

Performs Nurse assessment and evaluation, administer the service under the CryoFit Recovery & Wellness protocols and guidelines. CryoFit Recovery & Wellness works under the license of a Board Certified Internal Medicine Doctor.

Other functions

Administer and have knowledge of all of CryoFit's services. Available to participate in off-site CryoFit events and special projects. Participates in periodical and mandatory nursing evaluations.

Required Qualifications

Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin. One year experience administering injections. Experience with using a computer to document medical records. Demonstrated ability to successfully work with a diverse group of clients.

Salary: $30 - $50.00/hour depending on background.

• Basic payment processing skills (credit card authorization in-person and over the phone.
• Excellent communication Skills
• Ability to escalate customer issues to management
• Strong attention to detail and comply with company policies; during client appointments, client booking requests, explaining/enforcing payment and cancellation policies to clients
• Staff is required to explain sauna session package benefits to clients including price savings
• Cleanliness and Maintenance Skills
• Cleaning is a requirement for this role throughout one’s shift – required to swap out towels, wipe down all surfaces between, reset room towels and aux cords, wipe down room materials, re-stock toiletries if needed, mop floor, vacuum, etc.*

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
