- Inventory management and reporting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinate seamless shipment between fertility clinics while adhering to stringent protocols
- Establish clear communication channels with patients and clinicians regarding inventory status
- Oversee and track 3rd party courier shipments, adhering to strict shipping and handling guidelines
- Maintain a comprehensive, current electronic database of all documentation
- Comply with ASRM and FDA standards and uphold all safety policies and protocols
- Safely operate company transportation vehicle while transporting specimens between facilities
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with partnering fertility clinics
- Perform operations in Cryogenic facility, including quality control and monitoring of equipment and filling tanks with liquid nitrogen
