- This essential role is responsible for the safe, efficient transportation of cryopreserved specimens within the local area, along with minor equipment preparation and related administrative tasks. - Safely operate company transportation vehicles to transport cryopreserved specimens between local fertility clinics and facilities.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and proper handling guidelines during transportation.
- Prepare equipment and materials as needed for transport operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transport activities and related documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships with partnering fertility clinics.
- Conduct basic administrative tasks, including data entry and communication with clients regarding delivery status.
