Position Description : Final Assembly Technician I
As a Final Assembly Technician I at Artivion, Inc., based in Austin, Texas, you will play a crucial role in the production of On-X Mechanical Heart Valves within a cleanroom environment. Your responsibilities will include :
- Performing assembly operations, including sewing and packaging of heart valves according to specified guidelines.
- Inspecting materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products using a microscope to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate production and inspection records.
- Assisting in monitoring, cleaning, and testing the cleanliness of the cleanroom environment.
- Batch processing components for daily production requirements.
- Fully mastering the sewing techniques for All Mitrals, Aortics, and Conform_X product lines.
- Upholding a 'quality-first' mentality to meet production expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Adhering strictly to Clean Room Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regarding behavior and attire.
