Job Description : The CPT-Mass Finishing role involves operating and maintaining mass finishing equipment to support efficient production processes. This includes observing machine operation to detect component defects or malfunctions, ensuring all parts meet quality standards, and performing routine repairs and adjustments as needed. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with tools and machinery, and thrives in a hands-on environment
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain mass finishing equipment (e.g., vibratory machines).
- Perform simple repairs on machines, such as replacing bearings, belts, and springs.
- Inspect components using hand tools and gauges to ensure they meet standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions to keep production running.
- Keep the work area clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
- Document work and ensure proper traceability of parts.
- Follow safety guidelines, including wearing protective gear when required
