Principal Responsibilities :
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They will also perform and document maintenance on production and miscellaneous equipment, including both preventive and corrective actions. Mechanical, electrical, and power tools are employed for the performance of these tasks. Organization and maintenance of spare parts and supplies stock is also required.
Essential Functions :
- HVAC Installation & Maintenance :
Install new HVAC units in commercial or industrial buildings.
Inspect and perform periodic maintenance on a variety of production equipment, including :
CNC and manual machining centers
Utilize maintenance software and paper records to track and document maintenance activities.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
