Position Description :
The Material Control Specialist I ensures proper handling, storage, and transport of raw materials inventory and in- process product. The Material Control Specialist I maintains transactional inventory accuracy and performs stock rotations in accordance with standard operating procedures. Responsible for daily tasks within warehouse areas.
Responsibilities :
- Data entry of all SAP and Max transactions in the receiving and movement of raw material
- Pull all needed raw and in-process materials required by the company in a timely
- Utilize FEFO / FIFO practices
- Assure compliance to all standard operating
- Keep work areas in an organized and orderly fashion, storing materials to preserve their
- Maintain the accuracy of the inventory through periodic physical counting of the
- Assist as needed with material returns accordance to company Quality, Purchasing, Financial and Manufacturing standards.
- Ensure expired materials are removed from
- Timely transfer of needed materials for production and documents to storage
- Operation of
