We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team at Cryopak Industries Inc. The ideal candidate will inherit existing accounts and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships through excellent customer service, timely follow-ups, and effective collaboration with internal teams. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Inherit and manage a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure clients are satisfied with our services and products.
- Follow-Up and Account Growth:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to clients regarding their usage and results.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our range of temperature-controlled packaging solutions.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and resolve any operational issues related to our products.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve our offerings.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and client feedback for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
