The Production Worker will perform a variety of operational functions related to the manufacturing of Temperature Control Packaging and related products as per the Cryopak Quality Policy and Manufacturing Procedures including production, inspection, and packaging of finished goods.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Perform a variety of manual labor related to production including, but not limited to, handling, repeated handling, push, pull, lift, and assembly. Using any machinery or equipment required to accomplish any designated assignment once training is provided.
2. Load, unload, pack, and palletize goods up to 40lbs multiple times a day.
3. Record specified production information thoroughly, and accurately in work order package.
4. Perform quality check to ensure Cryopak standards and requirements are met.
5. Maintain designated work area clean and follow good housekeeping practices.
Competencies Required:
1. Ability to multitask
2. Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
3. Read and understand product specifications.
4. Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended period of time. The maximum consecutive time a worker might need to perform these tasks is 3 hours 15 minutes before a break period
5. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs daily, multiple times a day.
