Electrical Engineer Intern
We are seeking talented and motivated sophomores, juniors, or seniors pursuing an Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree to join our team as interns. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Successful candidates will work with Cryptic Vector engineers to design, implement and test hardware products for the United States government. This position will give you the opportunity to collaborate with an engineering team to accomplish the problems using state-of-the-art innovations and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of hardware schematics and layout designs.
- Work on embedded software engineering projects, including programming and debugging.
- Utilize VHDL for hardware description language programming.
- Apply digital signal processing techniques to analyze and manipulate data.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure project success.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree program.
- Strong academic record with a focus on relevant coursework.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C , or Python.
- Knowledge of digital logic, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance
- 40 hours per week onsite at Cryptic Vector.
This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions, therefore this posting is only for U.S. Citizens.
