System Engineering Architect (ISR)
Cryptic Vector is seeking a System Engineering Architect who can transform complex technical challenges into breakthrough engineering solutions. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing sophisticated technological systems that define the next generation of ISR capabilities. Responsibilities

Lead highly technical programs encompassing:
- Digital Signal Processing
- RF Design
- Digital Design
- Embedded Software
- PWB Layout
- System Engineering
- Antenna Design
- VHDL Implementation
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Manage program budgets and timelines.
- Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant engineering field.
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance
An ideal candidate for these positions will also have:
- Experience in the defense industry
- Advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
