What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategy Director position at Crypto.com?
Role Overview
We are seeking a Strategy Director to join Crypto.com, and play a critical role in helping us make important strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant work experience (e.g., from strategy consulting), has passion about crypto, and is a good people leader. This role is based in Hong Kong , but we are open to candidates from other locations who can accommodate Hong Kong working hours.
Responsibilities :
- Develop strategic plans that are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals across different verticals of the crypto industry and general fintech industry;
- Work effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic initiatives;
- Recommend product pricing, such as fees to charge or rewards to offer, and monitor P&L to ensure we are building sustainably, or adjust our pricing strategy where applicable;
- Perform data analysis on our user & products, identify trends or gaps, and recommend improvements;
- Assist with strategic partnerships and investments as appropriate;
- Manage or mentor junior members of the strategy team;
- Be a role model of having a “founder’s mentality” with strong ownership;
