IDEAL CANDIDATE
An ideal candidate we are looking to find and help grow into a world-class AI Innovator :
- Has launched 0 to 1 solutions to scale, and / or generated real revenue.
- Worked with many data solutions to drive robust and distributed platforms for millions of users.
- Ideally, has worked with founders closely, or was a founder before, or worked well with a small tight-nit group over extended time to build real innovation.
- Shares the view that AI workflows should start with agile data onboarding and dynamic indexing.
- Eager to quickly put together bleeding-edge AI prototypes (computer vision, personal health LLMs, NLP sentiment analysis, etc.), while reducing their time-to-market.
- Prioritizes hard-earned knowledge over showing off with numbers.
- Enjoys on- and off-site events when we get the team together and work face to face.
Perhaps the best one sentence description is “a hands-on AI dataflow architect to help shape the CEF data platform”.
We will gladly consider anyone who has solid data engineering experiences and has been experimenting with AI integration.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an AI Innovator, your job is to keep finding ways to seamlessly blend agentic AI compute into the infrastructure of automated and distributed data clusters (DDCs).

In addition, we have several sophisticated AI prototypes that you can already get your hands on, with real data and live deployments.
The Current AI team gauges the role to be ~40% data pipelines infrastructure, ~30% building AI demos, and ~30% integration work. Good news is, we do not have massive datasets to manually clean up, since we gather all the data ourselves.
On the flip side, the AI Innovator we are looking forward to hiring will spend considerable time in conversations with others on how to best perform data onboarding and further data crunching in safe, secure, and performant ways.
