What are the responsibilities and job description for the Decorator position at Crystal Ballroom?
Crystal Ballroom Rock Hill, SC is looking for one designer to join our strong team. We are located on 140 E Main St, Rock Hill, SC 29730. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Meet Directly with Clients: Connecting with clients about ideas and future appointments.
- Develop Decorative Plans: Work with client to develop floor plans, event colors, and more.
- Select Decorative Elements: Meet with clients before event date to finalize all decor aspects of event. Client Satisfaction is our Priority.
- Maintaining Inventory: Designers are responsible for Venue Decor Inventory. Reporting if something breaks, Designers are required to submit all decor needed to satisfy event for 2 months before Event Date.
- Work Responsibly as a Team & Individually: Designers must work effectively alone and with a team.
Qualifications
- Previous Decoration & Designer Experience - Please Provide portfolio of previous decorated events, center pieces ETC.
- Must Submit to a Background and Drug Screening
