Position Summary
The basic function of the Concert Attendant is to ensure efficient policing of the Crystal Bay Casino concert venue and to maintain desired public order. It is the responsibility of the Concert Host to ensure all guests have paid admittance fees (if applicable), validate identification upon entering, protect company assets within the concert area and to ensure the comfort and safety of the guests. The Concert Host is responsible for greeting and assisting guests and providing information.

Security Officer experience is not required, however recommended
CPR/AED training recommended

Strong customer service skills
Able to communicate with the public effectively
Must be available to and willing to work any and all shifts required
Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, lift and/stand for majority of shift
Must adhere to all guidelines and policies established in the Employee Handbook
Superior judgment, responsible and able to deal well with others
