We are seeking a skilled and personable Table Games Dealer to join our team at Crystal Bay Casino. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the integrity of table games, such as craps, blackjack, and / or roulette. You will create a fun and engaging environment for guests while adhering to gaming regulations and casino policies.
Responsibilities
Game Operations : Deal table games, including craps, blackjack, and / or roulette, in a fast-paced and professional manner.
Guest Interaction : Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, explaining game rules, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Game Integrity : Ensure accuracy and compliance with all gaming regulations and internal controls. Monitor play and protect the integrity of the games.
Payouts and Chips : Handle and accurately distribute chips and payouts, ensuring all transactions are error-free.
Conflict Resolution : Address guest inquiries and resolve disputes professionally and efficiently, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
Table Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized table area while adhering to casino standards.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with pit managers, supervisors, and other dealers to ensure smooth operations.
Experience
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience : Previous experience dealing table games preferred. Training or certification in craps, blackjack, and / or roulette is a plus.
Licensing : Must obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming License
