Main Duties
- Provide high-standard patient care according to established guidelines and regulations.
- Support residents with daily life activities, such as personal hygiene and grooming.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' medical status to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans.
Essential Qualifications
- Holds current CNA certification in the State of North Carolina.
- Active NC License/Certification.
- Desirable: Minimum two years of experience in Long Term Care settings.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Able to maintain precision and focus.
- Able to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer systems, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.
- Holds valid NC driver's license and owns a reliable vehicle.
