Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch patient care according to established standards and protocols.
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and grooming.
- Maintain awareness of residents' health status and inform healthcare staff accordingly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
Requirements
- Current certification as a CNA in the State of North Carolina.
- Active NC License/Certification.
- Two or more years of experience in a Long Term Care setting.
- Effective communication skills with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation.
