Crystal Bridges is a museum of American art located in Bentonville, Arkansas. We explore the unfolding story of America by actively collecting, exhibiting, interpreting, and preserving outstanding works that illuminate the American heritage and artistic possibilities. Founded by Alice Walton in 2005, the museum opened in 2011 and is a public, non-profit charitable organization with free admission.
The Momentary is a venue for the music, art, and food of our time, and a catalyst for creativity and economic vitality. An extension to Crystal Bridges, the Momentary is a ‘living room’ where community gathers to be inspired, connected, and joyful.
Position Summary :
Position is responsible for designing and producing digital advertising and communication materials for Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. The digital designer is a creative professional who uses design software to create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and user-friendly digital assets for various platforms like video, websites, mobile apps, social media, online advertisements, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints by applying principles of visual design, user experience (UX), and interaction design.
The digital designer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple and simultaneous projects, each of which may involve unique design criteria, timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Originality, creativity, good communication skills and the ability to work within a team are critical to this position. Work Experience :
Minimum two (2) years’ work experience in digital graphic design and graphic animation. Agency experience or work as part of a creative team preferred

Work Environment : Work will be preformed in an office environment and in and around Museum Spaces, Museum grounds / trails, and community events as necessary. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
