Salary Range : $49,600–$60,000
About the Position
Art Bridges seeks a driven, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. The Internship Program Coordinator will support all aspects of development, programming, project management, and administration of the Art Bridges Internship Program. This role involves collaborating with the Fellows & Internship Programs director and team to shape how Art Bridges interns receive hands-on experiences, career preparation, and support from the foundation. Art Bridges has an academic year internship program (24 weeks) as well as a summer internship program (8 weeks) with students and recent graduates from Northwest Arkansas and across the country. The ideal candidate will provide vision, strategy, management, and accountability for the Art Bridges Internship Program.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and project management of the Art Bridges Internship Program
- Oversee administration needs for the Internship Program including policies and practices related to interns; contacts and accounts in Salesforce database (CRM); project management portfolios and tasks in Asana; logistical needs including housing and travel for summer interns, site visits, workshops, and events; and others
- Develop educational programming for stakeholders, create resources, and facilitate programs, including workshops, trainings, discussions, and more
- Collaborate with colleagues at ecosystem entities—including Art and Wellness Enterprises, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Momentary, Heartland Whole Health Initiative, and Alice Walton School of Medicine—and regional museums and cultural sites to plan intern events and related programming
- Serve as the liaison between HR and recruitment colleagues at Art and Wellness Enterprises to direct aspects of intern recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to promote the internship program and develop content for the website and social media
- Collaborate with the Evaluation team to measure the internship program impact
- Communicate with Art Bridges interns and mentors via email and in person, delivering resources to interns and mentors as needed
- Leverage project management resources and other technology including Asana, Salesforce, Media Valet, Trainual, Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain relationships with intern alums through the Fellows & Interns Alumni Network
- Other special projects and duties as assigned
