Responsibilities
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities for infants and toddlers to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Manage classroom dynamics by utilizing effective behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with lead teacher to create engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and explore.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Assist in daily classroom tasks such as meal times, diaper changes, and nap routines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
