We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, managing client accounts, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have an understanding of customer service principles. Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and support to clients.
- Manage client accounts, including billing, payments, and other inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Conduct research on client needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide solutions to customer issues.
- Ensure that client information is kept up-to-date and accurate.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
