Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues.
Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff on their evening and weekend assignments.
Assist in manual cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure quality of service.
Ensure that company policies and procedures are properly followed.
Train and guide employees in the use of internal tools and processes.
Prepare performance reports and communicate any incidents to the operations team.
Requirements:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) – essential requirement.
Experience in customer service, account management or team supervision.
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
Ability to perform manual tasks when necessary.
Leadership, organizational and effective communication skills.
Basic knowledge of digital tools for reporting and task management.
