Position Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented and dependable individuals who take pride in their work and are excited to join a supportive, collaborative team. Our Green Cleaning Technicians work in pairs and handle residential recurring cleanings—no commercial jobs and no weekends. Our workday starts at 8:15 AM, and while we aim to wrap up by 4 PM, some days may vary based on schedules.
What You’ll Do:
- Start the day with a team huddle to prepare and load up supplies.
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting key areas.
- Use eco-friendly products to leave clients' homes spotless and fresh.
- Communicate professionally and warmly with clients to build lasting relationships.
- Alternate driving duties with your teammate and receive a daily allowance for mileage.
- Foster a positive, drama-free work environment by being a supportive teammate.

Who You Are:
- A high school graduate or someone with equivalent experience.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of performing cleaning tasks.
- Friendly, professional, and dedicated to excellent customer service.
- You have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle.
- Available Monday through Friday, from 8:15 AM until tasks are completed.
