What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Support Specialist position at Crystal Clean & Professional Services, LLC?
We are a growing business that operates both a professional cleaning company and a property management firm. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, timely responses and a team-oriented approach. We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Support Specialist to support operations across both divisions. This person must have the ability to work in a busy environment, the ability to multitask, think on their feet and have strong follow through skills. Verbal communication and organizational skills a must. Customer service oriented with attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
- Answer calls, respond to messages and communicate professionally with clients, tenants, team members and vendors
- Manage and post updates to social media platforms
- Support and prepare the team for a successful workday
- Help build and organize internal training materials and onboarding programs
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and light office bookkeeping
- Run occasional errands and handle personal assistant tasks as needed
- Be present on job sites occasionally to assist with coordination or oversight
- Take on new challenges—this role changes daily!
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a clean background
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Organized, dependable, and solution-focused
- Proficient in Apple (Numbers and Pages) and comfortable with learning new tools
- Familiarity with social media for business (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience in cleaning or property management is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable being both in the office and occasionally on job sites
